Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Position verbindest Du Marketingverantwortung mit Aufgaben im Bereich Team- und Office-Assistenz und trägst so maßgeblich zu unserem Außenauftritt sowie zu einem reibungslosen Arbeitsalltag im Münchner Büro bei.

Marketing (ca. 75 %)

Marketingmaterialien & Content-Erstellung (off- und online): Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Produktunterlagen, Bild- und Videomaterialien, Übersetzungen, Auswahl und Bestellung von Give-aways und Printprodukten, Erstellung und Versand des internen Team-Newsletters.
Kommunikation & Social Media: Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmensauftritts auf verschiedenen Onlineportalen, Content-Erstellung, Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Redaktionsplans, Mitwirkung bei interner und externer Kommunikation, hauptsächlich im Sales-Bereich.
Events: Organisation von internen Events wie z.B. Weihnachtsfeiern, Teamevents, Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Messen, Events sowie Meetings mit Partnern.

Operations (ca. 25 %)

Office & Team Koordination: Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, Erstellung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen, Versand von Dokumenten und Paketen, Koordination von Terminen, Betreuung von Besucher:innen, Auswahl und Organisation von Geschenken.
Prozesse & Organisation: Koordination von Beauftragungen und Beschaffungen im Rahmen unseres Procurement-Prozesses, Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern sowie Kosten- und Budgetkontrolle in Zusammenarbeit mit Finance.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder einen Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
Erste berufliche Erfahrung im Marketing ist vorhanden.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und bist bereit, Dich in die komplexe Welt der europäischen Mautdienste einzuarbeiten.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, verbunden mit Textsicherheit.
Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen sind von Vorteil.
Organisations- und Projektmanagement-Skills runden Dein Profil ab.
Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, für die Teamgeist an erster Stelle steht und die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt.

Your mission

As a young international company, we represent a new dimension in the landscape of European electronic toll services. Digital intelligence defines our focus on user-oriented mobility services. True to the motto: Taking you further.
In this position, you will combine marketing responsibilities with team and office assistance tasks, thereby contributing significantly to our public image and to the smooth running of our Munich office.

Marketing (approx. 75%)

Marketing materials & content creation (offline and online): Creation and updating of product documentation, image and video materials, translations, selection and ordering of giveaways and print products, creation and distribution of the internal team newsletter.
Communication & Social Media: Further development of the company's presence on various online portals, content creation, creation and implementation of an editorial plan, participation in internal and external communication, mainly in the sales area.
Events: Organization of internal events such as Christmas parties, team events, support in the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs, events, and meetings with partners.

Operations (approx. 25%)

Office & Team Coordination: Support with administrative and organizational tasks, creation of presentations and documents, dispatch of documents and packages, coordination of appointments, support for visitors, selection and organization of gifts.
Processes & Organization: Coordinating orders and procurements as part of our procurement process, liaising with external service providers, and controlling costs and budgets in collaboration with Finance

Your profile

You have completed vocational training or a university degree, ideally in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable field.
You have some initial professional experience in marketing.
You work independently, reliably, and are willing to familiarize yourself with the complex world of European toll services.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills, combined with text accuracy.
Knowledge of image editing programs is an advantage.
Organizational and project management skills round off your profile.
You are a communicative person who values team spirit and enjoys taking on responsibility.
