Im hochkarätigen Finance-Team die spannende Wachstumsphase von Toll4Europe mitgestalten. Fülle diese zentrale Rolle mit Deiner soliden Erfahrung in Finance & Accounting aus!
Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den Teams unserer zentralen Abteilungen und Marktbereiche zusammen. Zudem unterstützt Du den CFO als unser Commercial Finance Analyst (m/w/d) – von der Durchführung des Performance Managements über die Bewertung und Analyse neuer Geschäftschancen bis hin zu Treasury.
Unser gemeinsames Ziel, die Profitabilität von Sales- und Marketingaktivitäten ergebnisorientiert zu begleiten und wertsteigernd auszubauen, treibt Dich an.
Deine Leistung wird gesehen und anerkannt: Im Zuge dessen übernimmst Du eine Führungsrolle in den monatlichen Review-Meetings und spornst mit Deinem fundierten Verständnis andere Teammitglieder zu starken Leistungen an.
Zu Deinen Fokusthemen gehören Wertsteigerung sowie Liquidität, Banking & Treasury – in diesem Umfeld stellst Du den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts sicher.
Du nimmst eine Schlüsselrolle bei den klassischen Tätigkeiten wie Finanzplanung und Prognose, Monitoring, Zahlungsverkehr, Disposition, Cashflow-Prognosen und Liquiditätsplanung/-prognose, Reportings und Ad-hoc-Analysen ein.

Dein Profil

Jetzt kommt Dein nächster Karriereschritt! Geh' mit solider Berufserfahrung rund um Commercial Finance, Treasury, Finanzplanung, Modellierung und Analyse mit uns nach vorn.
Du besitzt einen Studienabschluss in Finanzwirtschaft, Finance, Accounting & Finance, BWL, Business Administration.
Für Dashboards und Datenvisualisierung hast Du Excel, Power BI (ideal: SAP), SQL oder Python und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit großen Datensätzen mit im Gepäck.
In dieser mit Verantwortung und einer Leadrolle in Finance ausgestatteten Position bringst Du neben analytischer Denkschärfe und einem ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsstil vor allem starke Skills rund um Networking und Beziehungspflege mit, um mit den unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen im Finanzwesen sowie bei Toll4Europe zusammenzuarbeiten.
Du arbeitest gerne in einer internationalen Umgebung und setzt Dein fließendes Deutsch und Englisch sicher ein.
Idealerweise hast du schon Du erste Erfahrungen mit Banken und Bankgarantien; ausschlaggebend sind jedoch Lernbereitschaft und Motivation
Du kannst dich gut auf Veränderungen, die im Rahmen unseres dynamischen Wachstumskurses aufkommen, gut einstellen.

Your mission

Help shape the exciting growth phase of Toll4Europe in the top-class finance team. Fill this central position with your solid experience in finance & accounting!
You work hand in hand with the teams of our central departments and the market segments. As our Commercial Finance Analyst (f/m/d), you also assist our CFO – from executing performance management to the evaluation and analysis of new business opportunities to treasury.
Our shared goal: Monitoring and developing the profitability of sales and marketing activities with a focus on results and value creation drives you forward
Your performance is recognised and acknowledged: You assume a leading role in the monthly review meetings and encourage the strong performance of other team members with your informed understanding.
Your focus topics include value enhancement as well as liquidity, banking and treasury. You ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day business in this field.
In classic activities such as financial planning and forecasting, monitoring, payment transactions, scheduling, cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning/forecasting, reporting and ad-hoc analysis, you play a key role.

Your profile

Here comes your next career move! Move forward with us based on your solid professional experience in commercial finance, treasury, financial planning, modelling and analysis.
You have completed a course of studies in financial management, finance, accounting and finance, business economics or business administration.
For dashboards and data visualisation, you are familiar with Excel, Power BI (ideal: SAP), SQL or Python, and experienced in working with large datasets.
In this responsible position with a leading role in finance, you need keen analytical abilities, a working style focused on results and, above all, strong networking and relationship management skills for working with the various interest groups in finance and at Toll4Europe.
You enjoy working in an international environment and use your fluent German and English with confidence.
Ideally, you possess initial experience with banks and bank guarantees; however willingness to learn and motivation are decisive factors.
Adapting to changes that occur in the course of our dynamic growth is not a problem for you.
